By creating an account and accessing SignalSyncAds (the "Service") operated by Elaidy ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, including the mandatory arbitration provision and class action waiver, you may not use our Services.

2. Description of Service

SignalSyncAds provides a server-side conversion tracking infrastructure designed to help advertisers forward conversion events to platforms like Meta (Facebook) Ads and Google Ads. We act as a data processor for your conversion data.

Important: Our offering is an entirely software-automated service. No human-driven services, manual tracking, or personalized consulting are included in the standard offering.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from end-users regarding the collection and processing of their personal data, in compliance with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). You warrant that you will not use the Service to transmit sensitive personal health Information (PHI) or other prohibited categories of data.

4. Subscription and Payments

SignalSyncAds offers subscription plans billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payment processing is handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. You agree to keep your payment information current. Failure to pay may result in suspension of Service.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that implies a violation of these Terms, is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignalSyncAds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through our Services, or by other means, to provide you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective.
